Berger completed a 4-month consulting assignment in finance and treasury for a $800 million NYSE semiconductor firm, including the evaluation/quarter end reporting of a $500+ million investment portfolio and advising on foreign exchange, banking, treasury operations and risk management. He oversees a finance and compliance staff of 12. Responsibilities include the integration of a new ABL revolver and agent, debt compliance, cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, vendor evaluations and contract negotiations. Jan served as Managing Principal/Producer for Integro Insurance Broker's southern California practice in 2016-18, specializing in risk products for the Entertainment and other industries. Jan managed the transfer of legacy company debt to new debt (including real estate facilities and a revolving credit agreement), and secured $250 million of interest rate swaps to protect the long term cost of refinancing. Berger played a substantial role in the 2007 sales process and balance sheet refinancing of a $2.5 billion revenue NYSE company, where he served as Vice President & Treasurer, resulting in a leveraged buyout by Apollo Management, a major private equity firm. During his professional career, he has been involved in several mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
